How long will my dryer last?

With regular use of about 10 minutes every day, your Laifen Swift will last for up to 16 years. That’s a lot of great hair days!

How are you able to charge less than the other guys?

Here at Laifen, we invented and developed the technology that powers our dryers ourselves. Which means we can cut out the middle men and sell these powerful machines directly to you, with minimal markup.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Laifen will make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame. If you need to change or cancel order, please contact us via email within 1 day after the order is placed. Then we can help you solve it. However if parcel has been sent out, we won't be able to handle it.

What does the 2 year warranty entail?

Basically, if anything goes wrong with your dryer AT ALL- we’ve got you. We’ll repair or replace anything that isn’t working like it should for you and your amazing hair. For more details, click here.

Are Swift or Swift Special dual-voltage?

Sorry, they are not dual-voltage at the moment. So you are not able to use it in different countries.
