I started my curly hair journey last summer but diffusing takes so long. I ordered this hair dryer after seeing lots of reviews on Instagram. People claimed that this hair dryer was as good as, if not better than, Dyson. I have had it for a few weeks and I have been so impressed with how quickly it dries my hair. I don’t dread wash day anymore!

Got it for my wife. She loves it so far. Have had one issue with it getting to hot and shutting down when on high setting and used for about 10 min straight. She has super thick hair. The unit dries her hair in more then half the time as a traditional hair dryer.

Bought one for me and one for my daughter. 3 words my daughter said to me “I love it”!

I bought this hair dryer for my wife for Christmas. Her old hair dryer was one of those Walmart $25 dryers. Anyway, I would have to hear her complaining every time she'd be drying her hair ☹️. So i went on the hunt for her a good hairdryer. I looked at the Dyson hairdryer and thought long and hard about getting her that one, until I came across a video on YouTube comparing the Dyson to this one. Not on only did this one have a way better price point than Dyson. It also performed just as good in every area the woman in the video tested. In some aspects, she said it out performed the Dyson! That video + the $300 less price tag = me buying this hairdryer. Now when my wife dries her hair she's happy & I even get a praise now and then for doing my research & picking it. You know what they say. Happy wife, happy life! This hair dryer made my wife happy and it seems to do the job. Therefore, I have it 5 stars. I can't speak on the longevity of this product yet, she's only been using it since December 25th 2022. The 6.5 seconds I held it, it felt like it was a quality built hair tool. So I'm hoping it'll last a long time.

You need to buy this hair dryer! I have thick curly hair which always took a long time to dry. Not with this hair dryer! Dry time cut by more than half! I fully recommend this hair dryer and the price is reasonable too!

Was a gift for daughter in law and she loves it

It is the best. I have long thick hair and it takes me about 6-7 min to completely dry. It used to take me 20-25 min with other brands. Excellent buy!

Love it!! I have a Dyson but wanted a backup hairdryer, especially for travel. To me, the Laifen feels a little lighter in weight than the Dyson, works as well and looks as good for a more reasonable price. I especially like the hot-cold air circulation mode which gives a comfortable heat and blowdry. At the moment I tend to reach for the Laifen hairdryer over the Dyson. The noise level is fine though sounds a bit screachy when using the diffuser attachment. All in all, I'm happy with the purchase.

This blow dryer is fantastic. It is lightweight, quiet and so easy and quick. Using the diffuser attachment, it dries my fine, but medium to high density, hair in about 13 minutes. It does not blow my hair all over the place and break up my curl clumps. It is well worth the money. I love it!

I have thick, frizzy hair. This cuts down on drying time considerably and leaves my hair reasonably smooth...still need to use a heating device afterward for a perfect finish, but no problem. I like it better than the Dyson I bought and returned. It's light, quiet, and love the temp. settings. It seems professional and high quality. If I could change one thing...have a separate "cool" button so you don't have to scroll through the temp. settings for it. One thing that worries me...it has "stalled" a few times after trying to start after stopping. Tried to call to inquire b/c I don't want to send it back if it's not a problem; however, I can't reach them by phone which is annoying. Also, I received a 10% off coupon after purchasing, so I was going to use it and purchase one for my daughter, but it wouldn't allow me to use it. Annoying b/c it only said it couldn't be used on accessories, which only leaves, yup...HAIRDRYERS! So, I didn't buy it b/c I was annoyed.

It is super fast. I really like it. only one drawback is short cord. But I am fine with it .

This is the 2nd 220V drier I've bought - gave one to a friend abroad. It's lightweight, packs easily not to mention it's easy to use and I LOVE how quickly I can style my hair.

The dryer itself is amazing. Powerfull, elegant, innovative. Also the difusers are perfect with the magnetic catch. But, as i work in a salon, one major element that is a minus, the lenght of the cable. So short that i can’t go behind the client on the chair.

Sie ist ruckzuck fertig und das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Sie möchte nicht mehr ohne den Laifen sein und ist rundum zufrieden.

I like the light weight of this dryer. I also like that it will cycle through the heat settings automatically. I wish it had a bit more power - I don’t see any marked decrease in drying time. I like the magnetic attachments very much.

Great company, I was emailed before the hair dryer was shipped to make sure I had the right plug for ireland. The dryer arrived really quickly, looks really sleek. My wife was absolutely delighted, her hair is really thick and her last hair dryer was pretty useless. This one is literally light years ahead of it. Her hair was dry in under ten minutes and nicely curled using the big round attachment. Half the price of dyson and after reading a lot of reviews I'm happy I didn't spend more when this one actually seems to have improved on the design and function over the dyson.

This so far has been the BEST hair dryer I have ever owned. And I even tried Dyson. It’s relatively quiet. And it does not dry out my naturally coarse gray hair. I am so happy I purchased this dryer. I really like the diffuser. It’s amazing!

Absolutely LOVE this hairdryer!! My hairdresser uses a Dyson, which I love, but the cost is a bit much. I tried the Shark which was rated as good as the Dyson and I didn't like it at all. Ordered the Laifen and have loved it from the minute I used it. I and in transition of going gray and have wavy hair. When I want it straight this product works perfectly no frizz and very smooth. When I want some curl the diffuser is perfect. I feel Laifen isn't as damaging to my hair. I have recommended it to several family members and friends!

I like the Hairdryer very much, but the difussor could be a little bit bigger to make better curl clumps.

I have had the same diffuser for so long that all the settings have long since rubbed off and it doesn’t work as well as it used to. This Laifen hair dryer is the best purchase I’ve ever made! My hair dries in about 15 minutes with hover diffusing compared to almost an hour with my old dryer. It’s easy to hold and use, and I love the updated look of it

My curls are so happy with this wonderful machine! My old drier could barely get my hair dried in an hour. With the Laifen it drops to 15 minutes for 60% dry. And the curls! Bouncy and very happy. My hairdryer was broken so i did some research en by a tip from influencer Curlykiet i came on the Laifen hairdryer. My hair is the type of hair that in air dry after 7 ours still wet is. Whit this hairdryer from Laifen it is dry within 15 minutes, wow what an amazing dryer!

I have very thick dense hair that would take a long time to dry with or without a blowdryer. With the new dryer, it takes just a few minutes to dry my hair. I love it.

This is the BEST blow dryer I have EVER bought - FULL STOP! It dries my hair in literally HALF the time, is lightweight (compared to other models) and reasonably priced. The extra attachments are solidly constructed, and the dryer itself is sleek - rivaling the design of its top competition. GREAT product!

As a stylist, I like the dryer and feel it is more powerful than others like it. However, I still feel like I need my Rusk Speed freek to be the workhorse I need for ethnic hair.

The dryer works perfectly!! 12-15 min to dry my thick wavy/curly hair and no frizz at all!!! Amazing! High quality. High air flow. Love the setting where it rotates through cool to hot and back to cool when drying hair. Only change I would like would be for a lower air flow option since the one offered is still too strong in many situations for me.

I love how my curly hair looks it’s not frizzy. It looks natural my hair doesn’t get as dried out as my old hair dryer. Having curly hair is always a challenge for it to stay hydrated and looking good. This hair dryer is amazing and worth every dollar.

Of course I wanted a Dyson but couldn’t bring myself to spend that much money. I found this one read the reviews and thought I’d try it out. It is amazing, I absolutely love it! The style and feel. It’s much more powerful then one would think.

Amazing on curls This is so powerful compared to my regular professional grade dryer, and lighter weight. So light, my arm doesn’t hurt to dry my hair anymore, and it dries faster. Diffuser works great on my curly hair!

Love it! was considering the more expensive brand but dreading paying the over inflated price. Quiet So many hair dryers are ridiculously loud but this is not at all. Short hair will dry in minutes. My shoulder length takes a bit longer, but blowing out my hair and not my hearing works for me.

Drying my hair no longer feels like “arm day” at the gym Seriously, this thing is amazing! Although I’m exaggerating in my title, because my hair is thinning now, and doesn’t take as long to dry it, than 10 years ago, when it felt like arm day at the gym, with older style DEAFENING hair driers. This is quiet, and so lightweight, and powerful. Whooo boy, it was so fast to dry my hair with this, with my thinning hair, i was done in minutes, which is great if you lack upper body strength. My hair is wavy at the front and quite curly at the back, so I’d like to get a diffuser for it, but i was able to dry it easily, and it had great volume in my hair. It’s wayyyyy cheaper than the name branded alternative, that looks like this, that i could never have afforded, never would have dropped that many bucks on a hairdryer. This product makes me question, if we’re getting this one for this price, why is the alternative such a high price? Obviously, the technology is highly similar, (not that i know anything about ions and stuff) but if people know about this, why would they buy the D one? I’m stoked with this product. I love that it’s small enough to fit in your suitcase and travel with, because hotel hairdryers are nothing but a breath of hot air, ineffective at styling, and they take a long time to dry your hair. Quiet for a hairdryer Generally I use earplugs while blow drying my hair since I feel hair dryers are way too loud, my old one was comparable to a vacuum cleaner. Although not entirely silent, this blow dryer is remarkably less noisy then most and is bearable without ear protection. I cannot confirm any added benefits from the ionized or deionized air or whatnot, but a quiet hairdryer is a great boon for me!

MORE POWERFUL THAN DYSON HAIR DRYER I bought this item first since Dyson is too expensive. I figured to try out the cheaper version to see if I would like it and then buy the Dyson HD03 supersonic. Since I really like how quiet this is and has the power I was looking for, I assumed that Dyson would probably be a lot better since it cost $429.00 right? WRONG. This is more powerful than Dyson and it does blow more air. So, save your money and just buy this. You can actually buy 2 of these versus just buying one less powerful Dyson HD03.

Better than Dyson, half the price Same as the title. Strong wind, quite operation. The attachments and accessories are less fancy than the Dyson one, but does the job slightly better.

Happy with the purchase It significantly decreases the time to dry the hair. I can dry my shoulder long hair in about 5min. Looks great and small to carry. Although I don’t have experience with Dyson hair dryer, considering the price, it’s a good choice.
