Warranty description
SHUYE TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED ("Laifen") offers a limited Warranty for all Laifen machines. All Laifen hair dryers (except the Laifen SE Lite), Laifen electric shavers, and Laifen electric toothbrushes (except the Wave electric toothbrush) are covered by our 2-year parts and labor warranty. The Laifen SE Lite hair dryer and the Laifen Wave electric toothbrush are covered by our 1-year parts and labor warranty. The product shall be purchased originally from Laifen and free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. Laifen reserves the right to update, amend, and/or revise the terms of this warranty.
International Warranty Information
Warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased (as shown on your proof of purchase).
The following situations are not covered:
- Product was purchased through an unauthorized reseller.
- The warranty has expired.
- No proof of purchase can be provided.
- Product was repaired through unofficial channels.
- Product was damaged during operations not in accordance with the Laifen user manual.
