Wife likes that it's smaller and both fits in the drawer easier and cause it's smaller is easier to use with smaller hands. Our cats like that is quieter, but we appreciate that too. Wife likes that it's doesn't have to be hot at all.

It is not as light as I thought. The handle is too heavy. The return process took much longer time than they said in the email. The return package was delivered in 7/1, but until today 7/9, I still haven't received the refund.

I am very impressed, the new Laifen travel sized hairdryer is fabulous. It is nearly as powerful as its big sister, drying time was about the same for me (shoulder length). I did notice that if you dry in variable mode, it tends to spend more time in the red temp zone than the blue. It is lighter- so if you have an arm injury or recovering from arm surgery this may be a real help for hair styling. The unit is easier to pack and comes with the narrow concentrator. The bag is nice, holds the dryer and accessories and offers some protection to the dryer. Normally I would ‘survive’ with the dryer that a hotel might stock, but this unit has made me rethink- it will be in my suitcase. A definite must if you shower and dress at your gym. At this price point, I will be buying a couple more - one for my guest bathroom and one for my travel bag. Laifen this would be a great unit to sell to hotels and hospitals. Oh and the colors are pretty.

This dryer went right into my gym bag for post-swim shampoo/showers. It is just as fast-drying as the larger one permanently ensconced in my home bathroom, but so-o-o-o much lighter! I keep it in its travel bag with the attachment in the bag's pocket. I will use it as a travel hair dryer as needed, but I love its convenience in the locker room.
