We owned the original version, and were happy...then we got the new version and what an improvement. The charging is greatly improved. Just went to the dentist for a cleaning and the hygienist commented that my teeth looked perfect and was impressed with the results from the toothbrush. Highly recommend it.

It definitely does a better clean, and a major upgrade from my previous wave! However, one suggestion I have is the auto cleaning mode when you tilt it down, sometimes it auto activates when I’m taking my brush from my dorm to my bathroom before brushing. Maybe there could be a setting where it only does the cleaning if it has been used for brushing in the last 5-10 minutes? That way it will probably save battery and avoid accidental triggers
I just used my new Wave Pro for the first time. My teeth feel like I just left the dentist office. So smooth and clean feeling all around. I love the size, weight, and solid feel of this toothbrush (Aluminum Alloy Blue). The app is easy to use and the adjustability is a nice feature. I started on Level 1 since some reviews said it was too intense for them but I did not find that to be the case for me. I am so glad I added this to my Laifen collection along with my SE 2 and Mini hair dryers. I will now be retiring my current electric toothbrush (the spinning round one).
Stronger vibrations than my sonicare. My teeth seem to be whiter after 2 weeks of use using the same toothpaste as normal.
wonderful brushing experience! left feeling super clean! But wish "on/off" button was a bit more haptic responsive so easier to feel when pressing. when finally pressed, the delay to turning on should be shortened. the handle itself is nice and sturdy, but on the short end and I have small hands. I would definitely rebuy. also instructions included are minimal.

I wish I could have the 15 second reminder even when I have the total 3 min brushing. I also have a bonded retainer on both top and bottom teeth, and this brush doesn’t seem to get it as good as my old one which is much smaller head
Fix Quality control issues. Replacement of the failed toothbrush also failed immediately forcing another wait for a replacement of the replacement
Love the brush, wish there was a hard travel case for it. I travel a lot and a case would significantly improve my peace of mind for it.

The slim and sleek stainless-steel body gives it a nice weight balance for handling while brushing. The torque of the brush oscillation and vibration speed is very strong so it out performs the other legacy brands. All of the settings and modes can be tuned and customized via a mobile app. The booshie Apple product like packaging is a nice touch and shows Laifen is really proud of this product.
Product is very good, seems to clean pretty well and undercuts the cost of philips electric toothbrushes significantly. The controls on switching modes aren’t very intuitive and the instructions / documentation on usage is pretty bad; took me some time to figure out you have to press the on button pretty hard for it to be registered as a press. Also couldn’t get the app working at all but that isn’t needed to use the brush. The packaging / unboxing experience is very nice.
The Wave Pro is better than the older model. I liked it but the new Wave Pro cleans even better. I didn’t think it was possible, but it is! The only question I have is why the mode lights stay orange. The older model turned white.

A nice accessory would be a UV sanitizer for the brush heads, preferably integrated into a travel case. Toothbrush is great, teeth feel dentist clean every time. Does a better job than my Sonicare.
The button is unresponsive and works intermittently. Otherwise, it is a sweet unit. The button specifically is passive and needs some sort of haptic to let the user know what is up.
The associate who helped me with this order was perfect. She gave me a repurchase discount and was very kind. I love the new toothbrush. A change was made with the new model. It no longer vibrates against the teeth as it did before. It is effective but much softer. Thank you.
Love it but where is the Apple Health integration??? Seems like an easy thing to implement and all competitors have it!
