I really do like the SE Lite dryer but did find the lowest setting to be a bit too powerful. The diffuser has helped with that so much. It fits perfectly, does not come loose, and provides just the right amount of air flow to dry and style my bangs and naturally wavy hair. Definitely recommend.

I have very fine, delicate curly hair that breaks easily. I saw a YouTube video by Justin Hickox and he recommended this hairdryer. My husband got it for me for Christmas and I’m ecstatic! I can finally use a hairdryer without fear of damaging my hair! ( we ordered the diffuser too). No more waiting forever for my hair to air dry! I especially love the hot/ cold alternating setting.

I’m giving every single item a bad review because your customer service is terrible. The black dryer I ordered from you does not work after having it for a month and using a 25 times. It’s your higher end dryer, which should work for years, especially when you take good care of it. I’m frustrated. I’m still not getting any help from you or your company.
