This bag is so small! It defeats the purpose of holding the dryer and accessories. I like the magnetic feature but it can’t even magnetize because it won’t close due to how small the space and bag is. I tried putting my diffuser in the bag and it didn’t close; however it does close without the diffuser inside. To me, I wish it was built higher enough to hold the diffuser and other parts too. I also would like some sort of handle. I would not buy this again and am thinking of returning it and get something else on the market that will hold the two items for me.
This is a handy storage bag for the dryer. It's a pretty tight fit, so I contacted Laifen for advice. They were so kind to send me not one, but TWO videos demonstrating the best way to store the dryer (thanks!). I suggest they put both videos online!
I never received the item ! Customer service was the worst. I have 4 more dryers to buy g fb or family and will elect to purchase them from another source.
Im attempting to return this bag, it doesn't have an actual closure at the top. The stitching was poorly done and the hair dryer is a tight squeeze. I would not recommend purchasing this bag. There are better options available on Amazon.
I wish it was bigger to hold the dryer with the attachments so I can take them all back and forth from work to home in one package. However it came with the purchase so it’s nice
Didnt want the bag. Definitely didn’t want to spend $30 on it but it was bundled in a “best deal” and wasn’t itemized in the cart. Couldn’t return it separately bc it was bundled so had to return the dryer and the bag all bc of bad website set up. Felt hoodwinked into buying an accessory that looked like it was included for free.
Absolutely terrible service. No customer service at all! The products do not hold up and I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered a dryer from you that I’ve had for a month and a week and yet have used it 25 times and there is no heat coming out of the dryer at all. Extremely unreliable. The basket has been cleaned out every time and yet this dryer is crap! I ordered your most expensive dryer, hoping it would be worth it and it’s clearly none of the above.
The storage bag is sleek and durable, and I love the magnetic closure. I’m taking one star off because it’s not big enough for both my hair dryer and diffuser attachment.
The order and delivery went smoothly. I love the product. It is lightweight, less noisy, and does a great job drying. The attachments are easy to put on and take off.
All but the difuser fit in it. For my needs it works fine. It is slim. It would be nice if the diffuser fit but it would be larger then. For travel i like the slim case so it is good for me.
